Mr. Song Sing Kwee

B.A. (Hons)

Mr Song Sing Kwee was educated in English college at Johor Bahru, Johor. He became a teacher upon completion of his secondary education for a period of 14 years. Subsequently he left the teaching profession and went to United Kingdom to pursue a legal career in 1974 and was admitted as a Barristerat-Law with Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom. Upon returning from U.K., he chambered at Messrs A.L.Looi and after being called to the Malaysian Bar, he
set up his own legal firm in 1980.

Song Sing Kwee has an aptitude for politics and was a state assemblyman for Bandar Maharani State Seat Johor from 1986 to 1990. Throughout his political career and until the present, Mr Song has continuously volunteered and provided his legal services in many aspects to the general public,particularly in the areas of providing services to the general public. He has at all material times employed his legal background to discharge his duties as a politician to assist and educate the public on many aspects of laws affecting and involving their livelihood and daily lives.

His area of practice includes Banking and Financial Industry Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, and he is well exposed in criminal laws and our penal code.
Mr Song has handled many cases in employment law, labour and industrial cases. Mr. Song Sing Kwee has been in opposition politics for more than 30 years. He has stood in the 1982, 1986, 1990, 1995 and 1999 General Elections.

Mr. Goh Ting Sin

LL.B (Hons), London, CLP

Mr. Goh Tiong Sin received his early education in Johor Bahru and was conferred with a second-class LL.B degree from University of London in year 2007 and in the subsequent year he successfully obtained the CLP from the Malaysia Qualifying Board. He has acted for clients across a diversified range of industries and has advised clients on issues in relation to debt recovery, property law, matrimonial and divorce proceedings, probate and administration
of property, He also has extensive experience in bodily injuries claims related to runner matters. He has since May, 2012, been practising in the branch of Messrs S. K. SONG in Taman Johor Jaya.

Mr. Goh was made partner to the firm in May 2018 after the previous partner, Mr. Jimmy Puah Wee Tse, left practising due to his EXCO position in the Johor State govermemt

Mr. Chia Kwok Wei

LL.B (Hons), MMU

Mr. Chia received his primary and secondary education at Chaah, Johor. In 2004, he continued his education at Multimedia University, Malacca and successfully graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the same University in the year of 2008. From August 2008 to May 2009, he served and gained his experience as a Legal Executive at Messrs. Integrated Will Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. In Kuala Lumpur. Thereafter, he came back to Johor and served his pupilage under the guidance of Mr. Song Sing Kwee of Messrs S. K.SONG. Upon being called to the Bar on 30th April2010, Mr. Chia was retained and started his legal practice with Messrs. S. K. Song.

Ms. Eng Joo Kei

LL.B (Hons), London, CLP

Ms. Eng received her early education in Sekinchan,Selangor. In 2013 she was conferred with a Second Class (Lower) LL.B (Hons) Degree from University of London and in the subsequent year she successfully obtained CLP conferred by the Malaysia Qualifying Board.

She subsequently served her pupilage under the guidance of Mr. Jimmy Puah, one of the partners in S. K. SONG. Upon being called to the Bar, Ms. Eng immediately started her legal career with Messrs S.K. Song. Ms. Eng primary areas of practice include general litigation matter and matrimonial dispute

Mr. Lim Kim Siong

LL.B (Hons), Malaya

Lim graduated from the University of Malaya with a
Bachelor of Law (Hons) in 2015.

Lim completed his pupilage at Messrs. S. K. SONG,
and he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of
the High Court of Malaya in 2016.

This young man now works as a Legal Assistant with Messrs. S. K. SONG, and his portfolio encompasses both litigation and conveyancing,particularly in areas of probate and administration matters, family matters, debt recovery, real estate transaction and agreements.

Mr. Pang Yong Tong

LL.B (Hons) University West of England, Bristol ; CLP

Pang completed his high school study in SMKJ Seg Hwa. In 2015, he was honoured a Bachelor of Laws(Hons) with First Class Honour from the University of West of England, Bristol. In 2016, he successfully obtained the CLP conferred by Legal Profession Qualifying Board, Malaysia.

He was read in the Chamber at Messrs Tan Hee Soon, Wong & Partners and Messrs S.K. SONG. Pang started his practice with Messrs S.K. SONG where he is primary involved in Civil and Commercial Litigation with emphasis on Probate & Administration, Family Law and General Debt Colection.

Mr. Muhammad Valantino Ifno Ho bin Ridzuan

LL.B (Hons), Malaya

Mr. Valan completed his Bachelor of Law (Hons) in University of Malaya in the year of 2015. He’s subsequently read in the Chamber at Messrs Abdul Rahman & Partners, Batu Pahat and was called to the bar in 2016.

Mr. Valan first venture as a lawyer is in Messrs Kington Tan Dzul, where he’s inn charge of developer projects in Johor Bahru area such as Forest City. He subsequently join Messrs S.K. Song in the year of 2018 and currently practicing in Permas Jaya office. Mr. Valan areas of practice include both litigation and conveyancing matter

Mr. Rajagunaseelan A/L Padmanaban

B.JUR (Hons), Malaya, CLP

Mr. Raj completed his high school study in Penang Free School. In 2006, he was honoured a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons) in University of Malaya and in the subsequent year he successfully obtained the CLP from the Malaysia Qualifying Board.

Thereafter, he served his pupillage under the guidance of Mr. Song Sing Kwee of Messrs. S. K. SONG. Upon being called to the Bar, Mr. Raj was retained and started his legal practice with Messrs. S.K. Song and his portfolio encompasses both litigation and conveyancing, particularly in areas of Probate and Administration Matters, Family Matters, Debt Recovery and Real Estate Transaction.
